Return Process

  Log into your Ishhaara account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective films intact to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional convenience fee.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
