We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Ishhaara, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate a request.
Are your jewelry and accessories tarnish-resistant?
Most of our fashion jewelry is crafted with high-quality plating designed to be long-lasting. To maintain their shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes within India.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make any further changes.
